Community guidelines

The discussions, comments, classified ads, walls and messages of golazo are written by its members. These guidelines say what is expected and what moderation does.

Respect

Talk about ideas and facts, not people. Insults, harassment, threats and hateful or discriminatory remarks have no place here.

Privacy

Do not write a phone number, an address or anyone else’s private data in a public text, and do not publish a private message you received.

What is forbidden

Anything the law forbids, advertising and repeated messages, impersonation, and content that does not belong to you.

Images

Only publish images you hold the rights to, and whose recognisable people do not object to their publication.

Report content

The “Report” link next to a piece of content opens a form. An account with a confirmed e-mail address is required. Moderators examine each report and tell you their decision.

What moderation does

A moderator can remove content. Any removal by someone other than the author is justified, and the author is told. Removed content stays hidden for 90 days, long enough to contest the decision, then it is erased.

Contesting a decision

Write to us quoting the content: a removal can be reversed. Write to moderation

Protecting yourself

You can block a member from their page: you no longer see each other and can no longer write to each other.
